* Preferred changeover day's are Friday or Monday but this is negotiable.
* Weekend rates based on 3 nights, checking in Friday, check-out Monday.
* Midweek rate based on 4 nights, checking in Monday, check-out Friday.
* The property will be available to check-in from 4pm and check-out at 11:00 AM
* Booking - A 25% deposit of the full rental charge is required with booking to confirm your holiday. In the event of cancellation a full refund is given up to four weeks of your arrival, after which is non refundable.
The remainder must be paid by no later than four weeks before your holiday commences. For bookings made less than four weeks before the start of your holiday the amount must be paid in full.
* Payment - We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque (subject to clearance times) or Paypal.
